We are bringing back our much loved fundraising event in the community – Sunday Lunch. This is an event where everyone comes together to cherish and reflect on what we have achieved in the year and plan for the days ahead.
Our speaker for the event is non other than Dr Hilary Wallace. Dr Hilary Wallace is a medical researcher who has worked in Nepal over many years in the area of injury prevention and burns education. She has a wide network of professional colleagues in Nepal and works collaboratively to develop special projects in diverse areas of health.
We have been fortunate enough to be involved in Dr Hilary’s project in Nepal when she was working with victims of earthquake that took numerous lives in Nepal. She will be talking about this past project and her new initiatives in Nepal. We would love to see you there.
The event is on Sunday, 16 June at one of the best Indian restaurant in Perth – Agni Fine Cuisine in Innaloo. The restaurant is famous for its award winning buffet. Let’s come together and make it an afternoon to remember and at the same time help people in need back in Nepal. The funds raised during the event will go towards our sustainable holistic development projects in far-western region of Nepal. We have been involved in implementing our Family of Four project with our Nepali project partner RIDS-Nepal who have tirelessly and passionately working in the region for decades. All thanks to Alex Zahnd who initiated and is now driving the project in Nepal.
